Getting Started with WiseGuys - Your First Steps

We're so glad you've chosen WiseGuys to protect your devices. Getting started is quick and easy - we'll walk you through everything step by step.

What You Get

For just £8.99 per month, you get:

Step 1: Sign Up

You can sign up in two ways:

  1. Online: Visit our subscription page and follow the simple steps
  2. By Phone: Call us on 0808 123 2820 and we'll sign you up over the phone

Both methods take just a few minutes!

Step 2: Set Up Your Account

Once you've signed up, you'll receive a welcome email with:

  • Your account details
  • Instructions for setting up protection on your devices
  • Our contact information

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder - sometimes emails end up there by mistake.

Step 3: Add Your Devices

You can add as many devices as you want - there's no limit! To add a device:

  1. Log into your WiseGuys dashboard
  2. Click "Add Device"
  3. Follow the simple instructions
  4. That's it!

If you need help adding devices, just give us a call - we can do it for you over the phone.

Step 4: Install Protection

We'll help you install antivirus software on your devices. Don't worry - we'll guide you through it step by step, or we can do it remotely (that means we can do it for you while you watch).

This usually takes about 15-20 minutes per device.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

Just give us a call! We'll help you fix the problem, usually on the same day. Most problems can be fixed remotely (we can access your computer safely to fix it), so you don't even need to bring your device to us.

If we can't fix it remotely, we'll arrange for you to bring it in or we can collect it from you.

Your Monthly Payment

Your £8.99 payment is taken automatically each month by Direct Debit - just like your council tax or utility bills. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.

You can manage your payment details in your dashboard.

Q: Do I need to be good with computers?
A: Not at all! We're here to help, no matter your experience level. We'll guide you through everything.

Q: What if I have questions?
A: Just call us! We're a friendly UK-based team and we're happy to answer any questions, no matter how simple they might seem.

Q: Can I cancel if I change my mind?
A: Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Just give us a call or log into your dashboard.

Q: What devices can I protect?
A: Any device! Computers (Windows and Mac), laptops, tablets (iPad, Android tablets), and phones (iPhone, Android phones). There's no limit!
